Volunteer Opportunities
Evening Volunteer
Evening volunteers arrive at 5:30 p.m. to assist our guests and help our staff keep the evening's activities running smoothly. Volunteers help serve meals, clean up, run our storage room, and spend quality time with our guests. Being an evening volunteer is a fantastic way to help our community. Provide a Meal
Our generous Meal Providers allow us to feed 36 people every night, adding up to over 12,000 meals per year. After signing up, Meal Providers purchase or cook a meal that will feed 36 people, deliver it to the shelter, and serve it to our guests. Our volunteers generally love the opportunity to directly serve and many groups sign up to provide a meal one day a month.
