Our Leadership
As a nonprofit organization, Bigger Vision of Athens is governed by a Board of Directors composed of engaged community members who bring a wide range of skills, experiences, and perspectives. Board members are committed to stewarding the organization with integrity, accountability, and care for the mission.
The Board hires and supports the Executive Director, who is responsible for overseeing service delivery, financial performance, strategic direction, and day-to-day management.
There are no strict qualifications for Board service. We seek individuals from diverse backgrounds who are willing to share their time, talents, and voice in service of the public good and in support of our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

Our management team and staff work together to guide the daily operations of Bigger Vision of Athens with care, accountability, and purpose. The Executive Director partners closely with the management team to ensure high-quality services, thoughtful growth, and a clear, actionable vision for the future.
We are grateful for the graduate-level interns studying social work, public administration, and related fields who bring compassion, energy, and fresh perspectives to our work while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Our shelter staff collaborate with management and dedicated volunteers to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, helping ensure the shelter operates smoothly and with dignity for every individual we serve.
